“Several Central New Yorkers will be honored at the 39th Annual Freedom Fund Awards Dinner this Thursday. The NAACP of Syracuse and Onondaga County will host the dinner to once again celebrate those who have made a difference in the community.
The dinner will feature many distinguished figures across Central New York. Bea Gonzalez, the Vice President for Community Engagement at Syracuse University, and Sharon Owens, Deputy Mayor for the City of Syracuse will emcee the dinner and State Comptroller Thomas P.
