Home HeadQuarters Earns Top Home Improvement Lender Ranking

NeighborWorks America, a congressionally chartered and funded nonpartisan nonprofit that helps supports Home HeadQuarters and other nonprofits throughout the U.S. with affordable housing efforts, recently announced that HHQ was the leading home improvement lender in their member network last year. Home HeadQuarters earned the number one spot amongst the nearly 250 NeighborWorks American member organizations working in every state including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. As an added bonus, HHQ also ranked in the top 10 within the network for creating new (and happy) homeowners!

Locally, according to Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data, Home HeadQuarters is the leading home improvement lender in Syracuse and the second leading home improvement lender in Onondaga County. This means that amongst all other lenders in Syracuse, Home HeadQuarters provides 70% of all home improvement dollars to local homeowners.
