In this 8-hour course you will learn all of the ins and outs of buying a home and becoming a successful homeowner. This is a great class for first-time buyers or anyone looking to learn more about homeownership.

Our trained counselors incorporate popular current issues, such as sub-prime and predatory lending, foreclosure, how to obtain free credit reports, energy saving tips and other relevant topics into the classroom discussions.

As an added bonus you will meet one-on-one with a housing counselor who will help you review your credit report, create a spending plan, repair your credit, decrease debt and establish savings to become mortgage ready. Below is an outline of the course curriculum:
