Grant Writer & Data Specialist
Busy non-profit org seeks FT position that researches, develops, and writes grant proposals and performs grants mgmt and reporting; and collects, analyzes, presents and distributes organizational and demographic data for internal and external use. 1-3 years exp. with non-profits, preferably related to housing and community development. Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills a must. Must be highly proficient with MS Office Suite of software. Knowledge of Crystal Reports and data mgmt a plus. BA required. Foreclosure Prevention Specialist
Local not-for-profit is seeking F/T candidate to provide foreclosure counseling and assistance to homeowners. Applicant will also work with area lending institutions, various committees and governmental agencies to coordinate services. BA in finance, management, or related field required. 2+years experience with mortgage counseling, banking and foreclosure intervention preferred. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with ACCESS database system. Position associated with grant which ends December 31, 2008.
