counseling to help prepare you for the added responsibility of owning your

Through our Down Payment & Closing Cost Assistance Program,
we offer financing of up to $3,000 to qualified first-time homebuyers in the City of Syracuse
and throughout Onondaga county to help cover down payment and closing costs. Some progressive, local employers have partnered with Home HeadQuarters, Inc. to offer Employer Assisted Housing to their employees in the form of Home Ownership Education, mortgage guarantees, discounted legal advice, down payment and closing cost assistance and other forms of financial support. There may also be targeted neighborhood programs throughout the city for interested homebuyers. Home HeadQuarters' housing counselors can help direct you to available programs and purchase incentives for your neighborhood of interest.
